Microsoft Office Online Integration in Teamyar Document Module

According to the Teamyar public relations report, the ability to upload and view directly the online versions of the three most widely used programs of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel, along with PowerPoint, has been provided in the Teamyar ERP software. Previously, only PowerPoint files could be viewed by ERP Teamyar users, but now users of Teamyar can also edit and save the other two widely used programs of the Office suite, Word and Excel, in addition to uploading and viewing them.

The new features in the Teamyar system allow users to share not only text documents but also Word and Excel files, enabling online editing and sharing of new versions. This reduces the time spent on making changes to documents, increasing users' productivity and speed of editing and creating new versions. The system also allows multiple users to work on the same document simultaneously, recall and edit documents faster, and save documents in various Office formats including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. With access to the online versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teamyar ERP users no longer have limitations in the type, number, and method of editing documents. By simply clicking on the Office document, the online version can be accessed, and changes made can be saved in seconds in the Teamyar ERP system.

This capability resolves the incompatibility issue between mobile phones and tablets with Word and Excel files, allowing users to view and edit these files without the need for any additional software.

With the addition of this functional feature to the ERP Teamyar system, users become closer to actual integration. With the activation of the ability to edit Office document types within Teamyar, the use of third-party software on the user system is minimized, reducing the need for such software by organizations.
